Meet Sergio
Hi, my name is Sergio Ruiz. I was born and raised in Salinas, California. I grew up in a strong family-oriented environment that taught me that through hard work, my goals are achievable. Growing up, I knew I wanted to become a firefighter, so I dedicated myself to achieving that goal. I’ve been a professional Firefighter for the City of Salinas for over 13 years. I love serving my community. During those 13 years I’ve also discovered another passion Real Estate!
Real Estate became a passion of mine after I purchased my first property 14 years ago. Since then, I have purchased, sold, and rehabilitated several homes, and apartments. Through my purchases, I have learned many lessons: good, bad, hard, and easy, all which my clients only now benefit from. With my investing background, and my experience I’ll be able to better assist my clients in their real estate needs.
